These parts and this score were used for a special private concert at the Plaza Hotel conducted by Sir John Barbirolli on April 7, 1942.
Allen Dodworth was one of the initial organizers of the Philharmonic Society, which is probably why they were performing his music during the orchestra's centennial year in 1942.
All the parts are handwritten, probably by Zoltan Kurthy, the arranger.
