Abstract
Report on negotiations with Robert Simon regarding sale of Carnegie Hall. After recommendation by Floyd Blair that the asking price for Carnegie Hall was excessive, resolutions were passed to discontinue efforts to purchase Carnegie Hall, and to look for alternatives if the hall is not available; Election of Charles Triller as President; Resignation of Marshall Field as President.
