Program reconstructed from newspaper ads and reviews. Full program and exact order unknown.

Minneapolis Journal 09/19/1909 states “Duncan agreed not to dance any Beethoven symphonies in Minneapolis” so as not to “outrage tender susceptibilities of Minneapolis musicians.” However, one review claims that Beethoven was, in fact, performed.
