Notes
The Mendelssohn Overture, the Honegger piece and the Taylor tone-poem were intended as "Music Visualizations".

The Satie Gymnopédie's dance is entitled, "Kwannon - Japanese Goddess of Mercy".

The Debussy dance is entitled, "Death of a God, a Dance Drama of Ancient Crete".

The Drigo dance is entitled, "Josephine and Hippolyte".

The Brahms and the Liszt pieces are arranged into one, continuous dance performance.

It is unclear whether Bergé composed a piece called "Bas-relief Figure from Angkor-Vat", but this is the Denishawn Group's name for the dance to which Bergé's music has been put.

The Scriabin dance is entitled, "Prometheus Bound".
