Notes
The New York Sun (13 July 1938, found in Stadium concert scrapbook) states that the performance of was very much like past Stadium performances. We have taken this to mean that the typical 1926 Grofe reorchestration was performed (and not the original 1924 orchestration), despite the facts that (a) the program specifies Grofe as arranger, and (b) Paul Whiteman was conducting his own orchestra in addition to the Philharmonic for this work.

Program to be originally performed on 07/11, but rescheduled due to rain. Maxine Sullivan performed two unspecified encores after Hollywood Medley.
