very last-minute program change: Hector Dufranne replaced Mario Sammarco, who was ill. Works by Mozart ("Non piu andrai"), Mussorgsky ("Death and the Peasant," "Hopak") and Borodine ("The Sleeping Prince") were removed from the program. NY Times review only mentions that Massenet's "Sage Bush" was performed
