Before the Liszt, Colonel Thomas Wentworth Higginson delivered an oration: "Two New Worlds: The New World of Columbus and the New World of Music."

Program confirmed by NY Times review, Oct. 22, 1892. Review states that the chorus led the "National Hymn."

The three Dvorak overtures were grouped together on the printed program as "Triple Overture, 'Nature, Life, Love'".
