Notes
Chickering Hall. (see NYT review, Mar. 10 1886)
String and flute players not listed in program.

Mozart Quintet: The program says this was a quintet for flute and strings; no K. number or key is given. However, Mozart does not seem to have written any Flute Quintets. The listed movement names are identical to those of the Clarinet Quintet in A major, K. 581.
NYT review lists quintet as "Op. No. 105", but this is not straightforward in Grove's. Piano part played by Mr. Caryl Florio (NYT).

Ms. Earle's accompaniment is not specified.
