The score may be a first edition, as it was published in 1938, just two years after the Suite was written.
The name Monteux is written on the inside cover, but it is unclear if he ever performed this with the New York Philharmonic.
It is also signed and dated March 21, 1943 by conductor Efrem Kurtz from a performance at Carnegie Hall.
