Carmen and Il Trovatore were originally scheduled on August 24 and 25, respectively. Carmen was moved to August 28, (C# 13129), when it was rained out after Act I. The entire opera was performed on August 30 (C# 13130). Il Trovatore was moved to August 29 (C# 13131).

This performance featured Glade as Carmen, Onofrei as Don José, Wolfe as Zuniga, Curci as Moralès, Oliviero as Le Remandado, Ryan as Micaëla, Royer as Escamillo, Tallet as Le Dancaïre, Ruth as Frasquita, and Falco as Mercédès.
